Shipping and returns
We use PostNL to send your package.
Orders above €60.00 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. For orders under €60.00 we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
Shipping time
We do our best to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM within 2 business days. In most cases, your order will then arrive within 1–2 business days.
For deliveries outside of the Netherlands, to other European countries, shipping usually takes 2–3 additional business days, depending on the destination.
Need your order urgently? Feel free to get in touch with us. We'll be happy to see if we can dispatch your parcel the very same day.
As soon as the package arrives at PostNL, you will receive track & trace information at the email address you provided when ordering. Always check your Spam box if you miss any notifications about your order.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return a purchase. Costs and risk of return shipment are for the buyer.
If your order is returned because you have not collected your package from the parcel point where it was made available to you, any shipping costs paid will not be refunded. You will then be refunded the amount of your ordered product(s).
We will refund your order as quickly as possible and always within 14 days.
