The Francis Fawn Rug Small is part of the Tapis Amis rug collection, a unique collection with cheerful rugs from the animal kingdom.

All rugs in the Tapis Amis collection are hand-tufted by a team of local artisans in India. They are made of 100% wool with a cotton backing.

It all starts with drawing the design onto the fabric. After drawing the design, the colors are chosen, and the tufting process can begin, color by color. Once the tufting is complete, the artisans begin attaching the cotton backing. Then, all edges are hand-finished with wool threads. The rugs receive their final shearing and cutting, and they are ready to travel the world!
